Popuos Thmor is a natural tourist destination located along a river. It has been popular since the Sangkum Reastr Niyum period but it was later abandoned in 1975 because the area became a battlefield. It is easily accessible for rest and swimming and enjoying fresh air. Visitors can also see the nearby Phnom Prak Cave.

It is a natural tourist destination with thick forest providing cool shade for the visitors to rest in, clear water for swimming in, and big rocks, reefs and white sand on the riverbed. In the dry season, water flows through the rocks to form foam, which is why the people call it Popuos Thmor, meaning rock foam. In addition to this, Phnom Prak Mountain is also within reach of beautiful forest and several caves for visitors to go and see.
